Hello and Welcome!

My mission is to provide relaxation and pain relief through the John Barnes Method of Myofascial Release which is effective in releasing stress (physical, mental, emotional).

Stress comes in many forms resulting from exercise, career demands, challenging life situations, postural habits, trauma, injuries on the mend, and sometimes you may not even know.  It's time to give yourself a break!
 
I especially welcome working with first responders and military.  I know the goal always is to come home.  Sometimes coming home and letting go of the stress of being in constant danger or dealing with dangerous situations can be overwhelming.  Allowing this type of stress to go unchecked can lead to poor decision making and reactions.  I can help.

For those of you who feel fine, treat yourself anyway.  Prevention and maintenance is much better than feeling like you cannot catch up to well-being.

My wish for all of you is peace.  My hope is you will find happiness while I soothe your aches and pains.
